Rimlox Inc. has a lifetime warranty on all parts. In the event your key breaks, we will replace it and ship it to you or to your dealer. You must take a photo of the broken key and email it to rimlox@yahoo.com prior to submitting a key replacement claim. you must also ship the broken key back to Rimlox via UPS only. No parts will be accepted unless it is shipped via UPS. UPS provides tracking and is the official shipping carrier for Rimlox. Rimlox will not accept packages from FeDex, DHL, US Postal etc. Will NOT be accepted.
