 To accurately provide exact pricing and determine the correct type of wheel lock for your vehicle, Rimlox requires EVERYONE dealers and individual customers to fill out and submit our required Inquiry form.
Without this completed form, it is virtually impossible to design a custom, 100% guaranteed wheel lock tailored to your wheels' specific setup. The form also gathers essential details to determine the following but not limited to:

  - Vehicle and wheel specifications (thread pitch, seating, lock pattern/diameter, center caps vs. exposed lug nuts, and factory vs. aftermarket wheels)
  - Applicable pricing tiers (dealer/wholesale vs. retail)
  - Eligibility for instant discounts (e.g., active or veteran military, law enforcement) 

 Pricing and purchase options for our wheel locks vary based on the custom design requirements for each individual set. Because every set features a unique pattern that no one else will have, we use precise programming and exact measurements that complement our custom programming to ensure the lock and key engage correctly.

We offer several payment options, including standard credit card processing, 

Apple Pay, Zelle, PayPal, and in-house financing through participating dealerships or wheel and tire shops. 

 To qualify for the Rimlox 100% Guarantee, your Rimlox wheel locks must be installed by a third-party wheel and tire shop of your choice to ensure proper installation.

Following installation, please register your product online within 24 hours. All registrations are verified within 24 to 48 hours of receipt.

You may install the locks yourself; however, self-installation automatically voids the 100% Rimlox Guarantee. Please note that your locks will still effectively protect your wheels. 

 Please note that all Rimlox wheel locks must be registered within 24 hours AFTER installation, including self-installations. Failure to register within this 24-hour timeframe will result in a $375 late registration fee, which must be paid prior to your registration being accepted. There are no exceptions to this policy.
Your privacy and security are important to us. All information is stored on a secure, offline system that cannot be hacked, and Rimlox will never sell your personal details.
Once your registration is submitted, it will be reviewed for verification:

  - If approved: You will receive a digital Certificate of Guarantee card immediately, followed by a physical credit-card-style business card within 5 to 7 business days.
  - If denied: You will be notified of the necessary corrections required to complete your registration and receive your Certificate of Guarantee.
