CANCELLATIONS

Your wheel locks are custom wheel locks specifically designed to fit your wheels and your wheels only. Once your order has been submitted, it is immediately placed in the schedule to be manufactured. If your style of wheel lock is in stock it will be packaged, coded, and shipped immediately. We cannot cancel any orders placed or accommodate every scenario for the following reasons but not limited to: wheels were stolen before customer received the Rimlox wheel locks, Wheels got bent/curbed, sold wheels and or vehicle, didn't purchase wheels after all, needed money to pay rent. You may receive a temporary (30 day) credit towards a different set of locks if approved. You may not receive any credit and forfeit you purchase once the 30 days have expired. (Purchased newer vehicle with upgraded wheels, military on deployment etc. this is on a case-by-case basis only)

RETURNS

There are no returns allowed for the Rimlox wheel locks, only with the following exceptions: Rimlox error in thread pitch, seating, diameter or anything wheel lock design related. Rimlox will swap out and correct any errors or defaults with regards to the wheel lock design or functionality. You must submit a warranty claim that must be approved. You will then be issued a Return Authorization number within 24hrs to ship back to Rimlox to have your product corrected. Depending on the overall design of the lock, the return time of the new locks are TBD. Please email to check status of replaced/ corrected set of wheel locks.
