STEPS FOR SHIPPING KEYS / ANY PACKAGE TO RIMLOX
STEP 1. Make sure package(s) are sealed properly (Rimlox is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any and all lost, damaged or opened packages)
STEP 2. Be sure to fill out correct return address (Rimlox ships to the return address that is provided)
STEP 3. Ship package (1st) then fill out form and enter tracking # (MUST enter tracking # before you can submit the Ship to Rimlox form)
STEP 4. Fill out the return shipping form and enter tracking information, then submit.
WARNING: Failure to fill out and submit a shipping form PRIOR to shipping any package to Rimlox will result in the package(s) to be refused and returned back to customer. NO EXCEPTIONS.
