Your 100% guarantee will be deemed automatically VOID upon losing one or both keys. However, if you are in possession of both keys (at the time of any warranty claim) and one key breaks or cannot be used due to wear and tear, Rimlox will swap out with a new set. NOTE: If either key is lost, missing or stolen at the time of any claim.. you must purchase a new key ($375). All key codes remain on file indefinite and can be re-manufactured if needed. Rimlox does NOT replace lost, misplaced or stolen keys. You may continue to use the key that is not lost with not guarantee or purchase an entire new set to have the guarantee again.

These two pieces MUST be connected together to form one key to remove and or install the Rimlox wheel locks. This one of a kind wheel lock key design allows you to attach your wheel lock key to your key ring and avoid having to keep it in your vehicle. Your wheel lock key stays with you virtually 24/7.

The two-piece customer key is has been modified to mimic the one-piece INSTALLATION key. The reason for this unique two-piece design is to prevent anyone from obtaining your wheel lock key if some were to break into your vehicle and locate your wheel lock key inside your vehicle and using your key to steal your wheels and tires. There are two-pieces to the two-part customer key called:
1. The key RING: The top piece of the two-piece customer key. Stored in a black box attached to your keys
2. The key SHAFT: The bigger piece connects to the key ring to form one key.
