DEALER DEALERSHIP---become a dealer---rules and regs

All current and prospective Rimlox dealers must have updated dealer form on file for 2023 to receive dealer pricing.
All nationwide Rimlox dealers will receive the same listed MAP pricing
All dealers MUST sign 1yr commitment contract to receive lowest pricing tier to lock in your pricing for 2023 to avoid any unexpected price increases.
There are no minimum dealer quantities, however there are minimum dealership quantities. All Dealership orders must meet monthly minimums to receive top tier pricing.

The PLATINUM top tier pricing is the best and lowest wholesale dealer pricing followed by SILVER and GOLD
The PLATINUM TIER pricing locks in the dealer pricing for (1) one year effective immediately.
Failure to maintain top tier monthly ordering requirements will automatically VOID / TERMINATE top tier pricing and will automatically revert to regular pricing.
All Rimlox authorized dealers must have credit card on file for current and future and orders.

Customer MSRP is dealer discretion based on but not limited to: overall Rimlox install, vehicle, wheel type and size.
Rimlox will stands behind / backs all dealer prices if customer contacts Rimlox direct regarding pricing.
Dealer / dealership pricing TBD: Based on: Area customer is from, price of wheels, time of install, dealer schedule, customer overall (build) ticket

Payment(s) must be processed the 1st of every month or time of the order being placed prior to any and all orders will be shipped
There are no cancellations or returns due to: delayed orders by shipping companies USPS,UPS,FEDEX, DHL etc., customer cancellations, incorrect order placed by employee etc.
Dealer may register customer locks with option to charge registration fee. (Dealer discretion)

Dealer/installer is responsible to give customer installation key after wheel locks have been installed.
Dealer may keep customer key, however, key must still be shipped to Rimlox to have sealed within 24hrs after locks have been installed
It is the sole responsibility of the customer to have the installation key sealed.
Must be shipped within 24hrs after the Rimlox wheel locks have been installed.

All orders IN STOCK that are placed BEFORE 2pm est will ship the same day.
All orders IN STOCK that are placed AFTER 2pm est will ship the next business day.
All orders NOT IN STOCK /SPECIALTY locks may take 2-4 weeks to manufacture (this does not include shipping times)

All shipments to Rimox MUST have a Ship to Rimlox form filled out and submitted prior to shipping ANYTHING to Rimlox.
Any and all packages shipped to Rimlox without a shipping form will be refused and shipped back to sender.
All Rimlox orders received MUST be signed for. No exceptions

Dealer responsible for installation process/stripped lug nuts or broken locks or keys. (Do not over torque or spin off with wide open air gun.
Note: This product/keys are air-gun friendly.
For security purposes the dealer of installer must pay for an entire new set of wheel locks for the customer if key(s) or lock(s) are lost stolen or misplaced.
